This right of Israel Consulting LLC. is to be in addition to the remedies otherwise available to Israel Consulting LLC.
2. Indemnity
The user agrees to indemnify Israel Consulting LLC. against any and all losses, damages, claims or expenses incurred or suffered by Israel Consulting LLC. as a result of the user’s breach of this Agreement.
3. Attorney Fees and Expenses
In a dispute arising out of or related to this Agreement, the prevailing party shall have the right to collect from the other party its reasonable attorney fees and costs and necessary expenditures.
5. Termination
The liability and obligations of the parties as provided in this agreement shall survive the termination of this agreement for all intents and purposes.
The Terms and Conditions of service are effective unless terminated by either the User or us. This agreement shall be terminated if the user tenders their intention to terminate the services being rendered to them by Israel Consulting LLC, or this agreement shall be considered to have been terminated when the user ceases using the website.
We shall terminate the agreement in exercising our discretion in instances where it is believed that the user failed, ignored, or refused to comply with the terms of this agreement
4. Jurisdiction
The parties’ consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the federal and state courts located in Alabama in any action arising out of or relating to this Agreement. The parties waive any other venue to which either party might be entitled by domicile or otherwise.
